Programming Research GroupScheme 48Scheme 48 is an advanced implementation of the Scheme programming language. Beyond the language standard, R5RS, Scheme 48 also features a module system, an interactive debugger, a large set of libraries for practical programming, as well as lightweight threads and optimistic concurrency. Kali is an extended version of Scheme 48 which supports distributed programming. Locally, the focus is on the Foreign Function Interface, native code compilation, and support for GUI programming. We coordinate with the author of Scheme 48, Richard Kelsey, currently at MIT. Contact: Marcus Crestani
